As a licensed CPA and Chair of the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee, Paul Pham brings decades of auditing experience to ESUHSD. He has the technical background to analyze complex budgets, identify inefficiency, and ensure taxpayer dollars are spent transparently and responsibly.
Paul will push for independent audits, line-by-line budget transparency, and clear public reporting on how every dollar is allocated. Families deserve total financial accountability—and Paul has the proven skills to ask the hard questions and deliver the fiscal oversight our district needs.
